The purpose of the Madison Challenge initiative is for members of the Madison community to experience the benefits of a corporate style wellness program on a local level. This fun and friendly, community-wide, 10-week health and wellness competition is brought to you by the Madison Chamber of Commerce and the recently formed Madison Council on Health and Wellness. It is the mission of these groups to actively support a better quality of life by promoting and enjoying healthy attitudes, habits and lifestyles.

This is a program to help all of us incorporate more health and fitness into our daily lives and observe the benefits of better performance and expression of good health.  It is not necessarily about weight loss or running a marathon, it is about implementing healthier habits and embracing a lifestyle of wellness that we can pass down through generations.  If we want things to be better, we have to be better!

We have created a new "Weekly Tracking Form" This form will bu your guide towards success as well help you earn and keep track of your team points.
